Three Schenectady men were indicted Wednesday on burglary and robbery charges in connection with a home invasion last month in Charlton.

The three were arrested by state police on charges that they held an elderly woman against her will with a sweater over her head while they stole cash her from home on Jan. 27. Wednesday’s indictment brings their cases to Saratoga County Court.

Those indicted by the grand jury in Ballston Spa were Robert M. Buckley, 28, of Grove Place; Delbert E. Parker, 39, of Park Place; and Michael W. Winchip, 39, of Bradt St.

Each was indicted on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree robbery, fourth-degree grand larceny, petty larceny, unlawful imprisonment and harassment.

The three are accused of barging into the woman’s home after she answered the door, state police said. They allegedly forced the woman to sit in a chair with a sweater over her head while they searched for money and jewelry. The resident was unhurt.

Parker and Winchip are currently being held in the Schenectady County Jail, since they face other charges there. Buckley is being held in the Saratoga County Jail without bail.

In other indictments handed up Wednesday in Saratoga County:

u Sherman Rituno, 40, of Louden Road, Saratoga Springs, was indicted on nine counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child and 54 counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child.

Rituno was arrested in July 2015, accused of possessing child pornography in Wilton on two dates during July.

u Angel A. Gopi, 29, of Crane Street, Schenectady, was indicted on two felony counts each of third-degree sale and third-degree possession of a controlled substance. Gopi was arrested in January by the Saratoga County Sheriff's Department, accused of making drug sales in Clifton Park.

u James E. Bellamy, 30, of Amsterdam Road, Ballston Spa, was indicted on felony driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle charges.
