The man who flipped off a Saratoga Springs cop and got a $50,000 settlement from the city over his arrest and another woman have been arrested for subjecting a teen girl with "unwanted sexual contact," Troy police said.
Adam Rupeka, 36, of 37 125th St., Troy, and Jennifer Ogburn, of 274 Allen St., Hudson, are both charged with one count each of endangering the welfare of a child, third-degree sexual abuse, and forcible touching, all misdemeanors.
Police said the incident occurred early Saturday morning at Rupeka's residence. The victim, 15, was able to flee and contacted an adult, who then made a complaint with the police department, according to police.
Rupeka and Ogburn were arraigned this morning in Troy Police Court and remanded to Rensselaer County Jail.
After the flipping the bird incident in May 2015, Rupeka was arrested again in October for crashing a drone into Capitol in Albany.
