Rocco Ferraro and Joshua Spain have been appointed to seats on the board of the Saratoga County Prosperity Partnership.
The appointments to the county-run economic development and marketing organization were approved Tuesday by the county Board of Supervisors.
Ferraro is the executive director of the Capital District Regional Planning Commission, though he is retiring at the end of this year. He is also chairman of the Clifton Park town planning board and is president of the Saratoga Affordable Housing Group.
Spain is the senior director of global engineering at Momentive Performance Materials in Waterford, which is a global manufacturer of specialty silicones and quartz products for various industries. He has over 24 years of manufacturing and engineering leadership experience with Momentive or its predecessor, General Electric Silicones.
