Teen accused of possessing stolen vehicle in Schenectady

A city teen is accused of possessing a stolen car and a forged $10 bill, authorities said.

A city teen is accused of possessing a stolen car and a forged $10 bill, authorities said.

Tony I. Simmons, 17, of Van Vranken Avenue, faces one count each of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, felonies.

Simmons is accused of possessing a stolen Honda Civic Monday afternoon on Catherine Street and then later possessing the forged $10 bill at the police station, according to court documents.
