Police in Amsterdam are asking the public to be on the lookout for a city teenager who has been missing since Sunday.

Brittany Barnoski, 17, is described by police as being African American, 5 feet, 5 inches tall, 130 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Police said she was last seen in the Amsterdam area wearing gray sweatpants, but she may now be in the Schenectady or Albany area.

Police added Barnoski may be in the company of Anibal “Moe” Madera, who is wanted in Albany for being a parole absconder.

Anyone with information on Barnoski’s whereabouts is asked to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or the Amsterdam Police Department at 518-842-1100, or by email at [email protected]
