Three brothers are charged with stealing $2,200 of copper from a building on Greenfield Avenue in Milton and selling it in Albany, the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office said.

Patrick K. Weatherwax and Matthew W. Weatherwax, both 23, of Saratoga Springs, and Joseph Weatherax, 26, of Earlton, are all charged with one count each of fourth-degree grand larceny and two counts each of third-degree burglary, all felonies.

The sheriff's office said one more person is expected to be charged in the case, but that person is currently incarcerated in another state.

The three Weatherwax brothers were arraigned and sent to the Saratoga County Jail due to lack of bail.
