Cameron Myers pitched a five-hitter, and RJ Porter and Ben Grant knocked in two runs apiece to lift Guilderland over Averill Park 4-0 in a Suburban Council baseball game Thursday.

Myers fanned four, Porter hit a two-run single in the first inning, and Grant hit a two-run single in the third as the Dutchmen went to 4-1 in the league.

Anthony Germinerio had two hits for the Warriors.

Nick Melillo went 4-for-5 with two doubles and two RBIs, and Davis Pesnel went 2-for-3 with a double and three RBIs as 5-1 CBA dealt Shaker its second consecutive loss after a four straight wins 8-2.

Ben Pesnel, Aidan Booker, Jack Mahoney and Dino Ferrarese doubled for Shaker.

Brian Hart had two hits, and Kyle Powell had a double and an RBI as 6-1 Saratoga Springs beat Albany 6-5.

Reagan Farley gave up three hits over six innings , and Joe Novenche, Matt Connors and Cole Paquin had two RBIs apiece as Shenendehowa beat Schenectady 8-0.

Devin Smith had three hits and an RBI for the Plainsmen, and Devin Disonell, Kurt Forsell, Mike Spulnick and Griffin Wallner each had two hits. Anthony Brown had two hits for the Patriots.

Columbia got a double, single and two RBIs from both Nate Cotton and Danny Watson in a 6-5 win over Mohonasen.

Josh McCaffrey also had two RBIs for the Blue Devils. Brandon Kruzinski went 3-for-4 with a double and an RBI for Mohonasen, and Ryan Deguire had double, single and an RBI.

Nick Melillo had two doubles, two singles and two RBIs in CBA’s 8-2 win over Shaker.

Dan Parslow belted a three-run home run, Christian Cary hit a two-run homer, and Cade Kearns added a solo shot as Fonda-Fultonville handed Duanesburg (4-1, 6-1) its first loss 17-2 in a Western Athletic Conference game.

Parslow also hit two singles and finished with six RBIs. Boone Lynch had two singles and an RBI for the Eagles.

Michael Bartlett and Pat Meehan joined on a one-hitter with 15 strikeouts, and Meehan picked up three singles as Berne-Knox-Westerlo blanked Middleburgh 8-0.

Berne-Knox-Westerlo also outlasted Greenville in a non-league game 13-12, with Meehan getting four hits capped by an RBI single in the last of the eighth inning.

Michael Flower had four hits and five RBIs for BKW, Jacob Flower had four hits and scored the game-winning run.

Michael Talavera had three hits and an RBI, and Robert Walek had two hits with a double and two RBIs as part of Waterford-Halfmoon’s 10-6 non-league win over Hadley-Luzerne.

Mt. Anthony of Vermont beat Hoosick Falls 7-4. Jordan Case had a triple and scored twice for Hoosick Falls.
