MOREAU — Two Hudson Falls men were arrested Tuesday on charges that accuse them of raping a 41-year-old Queensbury woman and stealing her credit cards and personal information, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Kyle M. Shultz, 19, of 255 1⁄2 Main St., and Dylan E. Kelly, 21, of 6 Minor St., were charged with first-degree rape and second-degree robbery, deputies said.
Investigators said the men encountered the woman while walking in the area of Ferry Boulevard in Moreau early Tuesday morning. After socializing briefly with the woman, Shultz and Kelly raped her before stealing her credit cards and driver’s license, deputies said.
They were arraigned in Moreau Town Court and were sent to Saratoga County Jail. Bail for Schultz was set at $20,000 cash or $40,000 bond, while Kelly’s bail was set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
