A hard rock sound will be taking over Jupiter Hall on Friday night.

Since it opened in 2016, Jupiter Hall, located at Crossgates Mall, has been adding more and more of a variety to its live music lineup, partnering with WEQX to present artists like Sylvan Esso and Marian Hill and presenting Dueling Pianos show every few weeks.

Now it's bringing in four hard rock bands --  I See Stars, Between Now and Forever, Vagora and More Than Human -- as well as DJ Kris Cerro.

Headliner I See Stars is as loud as its name might suggest. Since forming in 2006, the group has produced eight albums and has gone through several band member changes. Their style has gone from screamo to hard rock.

More Than Human, a Saratoga Springs-based group, has more of a classic rock sound, influenced by groups like Rush, Soundgarden and Pink Floyd.

Between Now and Forever, a five-man band based in Hoosick Falls, brings a hard rock and scream sound to the show. Vagora, a Providence, Rhode Island-based group, will also be bringing a mix of hard rock and heavy metal to the show.
