Yo-Yo Ma at SPAC
Famed cellist will be the featured soloist for the 8 p.m. performance by The Philadelphia Orchestra.

AROUND TOWN

History, Legends, Lore and More, 297 Broadway
This 90-minute guided tour of Congress Park starts at 10:30 a.m. at the Saratoga Springs Heritage Area Visitor Center.
The cost is $8 per adult; children younger than 12 admitted for free.

The History of Rock and Roll in Saratoga
The Spa City has played host to a lot of famous rockers over the decades.
Come share stories celebrating the city's musical history from 7 to 8 p.m. at Saratoga Springs Public Library.
Admission is free.

Saratoga Farmers Market
Open 3 to 6 p.m. at High Rock Park Pavilions, High Rock Park.

Kelley Park Family Nights
There is a short, optional organized activity each Wednesday in August, alongside impromptu games of kickball and playground time.
Also, free ice cream cones, courtesy of Stewart's Shops.

Malta Summer Concert Series
The Stony Creek Band, featuring rock, folk and bluegrass tunes, will perform from 6 to 8 p.m. at Malta Community Center, 1 Bayberry Drive Malta.
Admission is free.

SIRSY at Freedom Park
The alternative rock band will perform at 7 p.m. as part of the Freedom Park Summer Concert Series, 5 Schonowee Ave., Scotia.
Admission is free.
The park is located across the street from Collins Park and right next to Jumpin' Jack's. 
Parking is available off Beach Road, Beukendaal Temple on Schonowee Avenue, and the First Reformed Church on Route 50.  
Bring low chairs or a blanket to use in the outdoor amphitheater.
