WILTON — A Schuylerville man is accused of breaking into a Sepia Lane home early Wednesday morning and stealing sneakers, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Surprenant-Wicks, 19, was charged Wednesday with second-degree burglary, a felony; and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor, deputies said.
Three 15-year-old males were also charged in connection with the incident, deputies said. Their names were not disclosed -- nor were the charges against them -- due to their ages.
Surprenant-Wicks and the teens were charged after they were found in possession of the stolen shoes, deputies said.
Surprenant-Wicks was arraigned in Moreau Town Court and was released, deputies said. He will return to Wilton Town Court at a later date.
The teens were referred to Saratoga County probation services, deputies said.
