HADLEY — Two women are facing charges after police said they broke into a home and assaulted a resident inside.

Jacklyn Dingman, 19, of 12 Church St., Lake Luzerne, and her sister, Arianna Hoebeke, 30, of 7 Oak St., Warrensburg, face one charge each of first-degree burglary, a felony, and third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies said that, on Aug. 24, Dingman and Hoebeke went into the Hadley home of a person with whom Dingman had had an altercation the night before and assaulted the resident.

The victim was treated at Saratoga Hospital's emergency room and was released, deputies said. 

Dingman and Hoebeke were arraigned and ordered held in Saratoga County Jail on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 property bond, according to the Sheriff's Office.
