Schenectady police are looking for a city woman who they say was last seen being forced into a vehicle by her boyfriend.

The woman, Zeniffa Sookram, 28, was forced Wednesday afternoon into a car by her boyfriend, Rafiek Yussef, 38, outside 864 Maplewood Ave., police said.

The vehicle is was described as a blue 2004 Nissan Maxima with Ohio license plates — FVD1890. The vehicle was last seen southbound on the Thruway near New Paltz.

Yussef also goes by Leon Richardson and has ties to the Queens area, police said.

Anyone who may know about their whereabouts is urged to contact Schenectady police. Anyone who comes in contact with Yussef or Sookram — or the vehicle — should contact local police.

Schenectady police's detective division is investigating.
