Media needs to stop glorifying the racists

Media needs to stop glorifying the racists

Hate speech and violence shouldn't be the focus

I think the United States of America can survive not only flag burning or taking a knee at a sporting event, but also defamatory ugly speech and a few websites directing people to ugly Confederate symbols around the country.

But what I think the nation can’t survive is a media that continues to glorify the people who do these things, as well running cover for those who engage in identity politics (especially the governor of New York and those of the left). Please stop making a news story out of nothingness and what amounts to people shadow-boxing, for goodness sake’s. Stop glorifying the race based divisive politician.

Up until the previous administration, I, and many of my fellow Americans, were unaware of any epidemic of race relation prejudices. We thought things were better since we elected a person of color to the most powerful office on the planet.

Please, media, stop insulting all of us who really don’t know what you’re talking about but are completely aware of what you are attempting to do in America.
