SCHENECTADY — A Rotterdam woman broke into her ex-boyfriend's apartment and destroyed a gaming system last week, authorities said.

Nicole Vermette, 23, of Augustine Avenue, faces one count of second-degree burglary, a felony, and misdemeanor criminal mischief.

She is accused of breaking into the man's McClellan Street residence Thursday morning and using a crowbar to destroy the man's PlayStation 4, according to court documents. Police arrested her a short time later.
