SCHENECTADY — A Schenectady man is facing a felony charge after being arrested for driving while intoxicated, according to state police.
Troopers stopped a black Mercedes on Erie Boulevard on Sept. 24 for driving without headlights on. The driver, Davide C. Ferrara, was found to be intoxicated after failing a field sobriety test, police said.
Ferrara, 32, was taken to the state police barracks at Princetown, where he provided a breath sample of .09 percent, just over the legal limit.
He was charged with DWI and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony.
