Music legend Bob Dylan is coming to the Capital Region.

Dylan, along with special guest Mavis Staples, will perform Friday, Nov. 17, at the Palace Theatre in Albany, it was announced Monday by Live Nation.

The show will start at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets, priced at $52.50, $82.50 and $119.50, go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at livenation.com, ticketmaster.com or Charge By Phone at 1-800-745-3000.

Dylan, one of the best-selling artists of all time with more than 100 million albums sold, recorded songs such as "Blowin' in the Wind," "The Times They Are a-Changin'" and "Like a Rolling Stone" that helped define a generation.

Staples, 78, a Chicago native, is a rhythm and blues and gospel singer who performed regularly with the Staple Singers.
