MILTON — A Milton man is facing a felony driving while intoxicated count after a traffic stop Friday, state police said.
Police stopped John B. Goodson about 9 p.m. after he crossed double-yellow lines multiple times, police said.
The trooper then smelled a strong odor of alcoholic beverage from the vehicle and Goodson failed sobriety tests, police said. He refused a breath test.
A prior DWI conviction within 10 years increased the current charge to a felony. Goodson was arraigned and ordered held on bail.
