HALFMOON — A Gloversville man allegedly stole almost $25,000 in money, equipment and product from a town company, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office.

Zachary R. Wagner, of Prospect Avenue, did so while employed by Crystal Rock LLC, deputies said Thursday. It occurred over several months earlier this year, deputies said.

Wagner was arrested Tuesday and charged with felony third-degree grand larceny.

He was arraigned in Saratoga Springs City Court and released. He will appear in court at a later date.
