Scotia-Glenville scored a 60-45 win over Queensbury in a girls’ basketball Foothills Council game Monday night. Jazmyne Corker scored a game-high 20 points for the Tartans, while Rhaymi Porter recorded a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds.

Amsterdam topped Broadalbin-Perth 75-36. Guiliana Pritchard tallied 15 points and shot 9-of-10 from the free throw line for the Rams, while Jackie Stanavich added 12 points and nine rebounds. Amsterdam went 28-for-30 on free throw attempts.

In the Western Athletic Conference, Duanesburg beat Canajoharie 53-39 behind Maddie Meyer’s 18 points. Madison Stanley and Emily Lenehan each added 10.

Warrensburg defeated Johnsburg in a non-league contest 78-27. Megan Hughes scored 26 points for the Burghers, while Hope Boland added 12.

BOYS’ BASKETBALL

Middleburgh edged South Kortright 54-51 in a non-league matchup. Peyton Olsen dropped 28 points for the Knights, shooting 13 of 14 from the free throw line in the process.

Carson Mosher scored 24 points and hit six three-pointers to lead Greenwich past Corinth 56-31. The Witches trailed 13-6 after the first quarter then outscored Corinth 50-18 the rest of the way.
