SARATOGA SPRINGS — The Adirondack Trust Company has launched a new website and logo for both the bank and its insurance agency, Amsure.
The new website boasts a new layout and logo for the more-than-century-old institution. The new logo is a simplified version of the previous iconic circular symbol, with an "A" and a tree at its center, evoking the spirit of the Adirondacks.
Adirondack Trust's new website was designed to be easy for customers to use, with an emphasis on responsiveness for mobile devices and simple navigation. The site's other new features include a map-enabled locations page to make it easier to find Adirondack Trust branches and ATM locations, as well as a Financial Learning Center that provides educational resources.
"The Adirondack Trust Company website was due for an update, and while exploring this opportunity, we decided to evolve our logo and introduce a new brand look," Adirondack Trust Executive Vice President Charles V. Wait Jr. said in a prepared statement. "Our new tagline, 'Above and Beyond,' is a clear and visible statement of what we have always done for our customers and our communities. It is our promise to continue to go above and beyond in creating solutions and in serving our communities."
In addition to these changes, Adirondack Trust's Saratoga Springs insurance agency — formerly known as Adirondack Trust Insurance Agency — has adopted the Amsure name and brand.
Amsure, which has been Adirondack Trust's Albany insurance agency for nearly 10 years, provides commercial, personal and life insurance, among other services.
Amsure's new logo mark will be the same as Adirondack Trust's in an effort to unite both brands with one recognizable icon.
