Police: Man broke into residence, violated order

Suspect homeless, police say

SCHENECTADY -- A man broke into a home last week in Schenectady, authorities said.

Raymond J. Livingston, 34, homeless, faces one count of second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal contempt, felonies.

He is accused of breaking into an Emmett Street residence late on Dec. 15 and violating an order of protection, according to court documents.
