Police: Men used stolen credit card

Suspects face felonies

SCHENECTADY -- Two city men possessed and used a stolen credit card, authorities said.

John J. Buckley, 54, of State Street, and Gabriel P. Morales, 32, of Jay Street, each face charges of fourth-degree grand larceny, second-degree identity theft and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, all felonies.

They are accused of using a stolen credit card to make purchases early Tuesday morning in Schenectady -- Buckley at the Brandywine Speedway and both Buckley and Morales at the Brandywine Stewart's, according to court documents. The card was reported stolen the same day.
