CLIFTON PARK — The senior partner of an Albany law firm is facing a public lewdness charge, following an incident at a hotel, according to State Police.

Sanford Rosenblum, 80, of Albany, is the senior partner at Rosenblum & Partners LLP, a law firm specializing in personal injury cases.

According to State Police spokesman Trooper Mark Cepiel, the complaint against Rosenblum states that he had scheduled an appointment with a female client at a hotel, and when she arrived at the hotel room — with her boyfriend — he greeted them wearing nothing but a T-shirt.

Cepiel, who would not identify the hotel at which the incident is alleged to have happened, said Rosenblum immediately "gathered himself up" and drove to the trooper barracks in Clifton Park, where police had already received a call about the incident. He turned himself in and requested a lawyer.

Rosenblum was given an appearance ticket returnable to Town Court at 7 p.m. on Jan. 17, according to the police report.
