A Gloversville man duplicated a couple's Facebook pages and used the fake profiles to solicit for swingers, New York State Police said.

Tikim J. Robinson, 28, of Gloversville, allegedly used the names and photographs in a fake Facebook account, as well as making posts on Craigslist advertising the couple were swingers and looking for other swingers for dates, state police said. The posts included the victim's actually phone numbers, according to state police.

The couple reported the online impersonation in July 2017. Police said they filed subpoenas and after further investigation determined the accounts and postings had been allegedly created by Robinson.

Robinson was arrested and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and third-degree obscenity, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to City of Gloversville Court.
