A Clifton Park man slapped a Zumba fundraiser participant on the buttocks with an open hand, state police said.

Michael J. Adinolfe, 61, who had been previously told he is not permitted on YMCA property at any time, allegedly entered the Clifton Park YMCA to participate in a Zumba fundraiser, state police said. While being escorted out of the building by YMCA employees, Adinolfe, slapped a female participant on her buttocks region without her consent while telling her, "Good class," state police said.

Adinolfe was arrested and charged with forcible touching and third-degree burglary. He was arraigned in Clifton Park Court where he was released on his own recognizance to reappear Feb. 15, 2018, state police said.
