SARATOGA SPRINGS — A Greenwich resident was jailed Saturday after he damaged a Spring Street apartment, according to city police.

Kevin S. Collery, 32, was arrested after an officer on patrol was flagged down by a couple on Spring Street who said Collery had just damaged an apartment there, according to a police report.

Police investigated and determined Collery had damaged a glass door and several items inside an unoccupied apartment there, according to the police report.

Collery was apprehended and later arraigned on charges of third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree burglary, both felonies, and the misdemeanor of resisting arrest, according to the police report.

Collery was sent to Saratoga County jail on $1,000 cash bail or $2,500 bond.
