SARATOGA COUNTY — A Ballston Spa man was arrested Friday for allegedly threatening to blow up the Saratoga County District Attorney's Office.

The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office arrested Adam Sipe, 31, for making a terroristic threat and endangering the welfare of a child.

After allegedly threatening to blow up the Saratoga County District Attorney's Office, officers attempted to arrest Sipe, who fled in his vehicle with his 2-year-old son inside, deputies said.

Sipe was apprehended by officers, and his child was turned over to a family member.

He was arraigned Tuesday by Judge Timothy Brown in Milton Town Court.
