Re Feb. 14 letter, “VP Mike Pence doesn’t want peace for Koreas”: Deborah Krol is upset with the vice president for not respecting North Korea.

My question: Did Little Rocket Man’s sister apologize to Otto F. Warmbier for brutalizing his son? Did they apologize to Japan for launching missiles at them? Vice President Pence acted appropriately.

The vice president showed extreme diplomacy. By not acknowledging them, he showed how insignificant they are. North Korea’s behavior is brutal and inexcusable.

During World War II, no one knew how bad the camps were until the Allies freed the prisoners. Little Rocket Man is going to prove to be worse than Hitler — if that’s even possible. His crimes are endless — killing relatives, incarcerating anyone anytime, not to mention his treatment of the general populace, etc.

North Korea has earned nothing but contempt.

As for not wanting peace, we now know that a meeting was set between Vice President Pence and North Korea. North Korea canceled it, proving they are not interested in peace.
