SARATOGA SPRINGS -- Skidmore College will host a series of discussions about free speech on college campuses, beginning Thursday night, with a talk from Sigal R. Ben-Porath, author of "Free Speech on Campus."

The University of Pennsylvania professor will deliver a speech titled: Inclusive Freedom of Speech on Campus, starting at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Arthur Zankel Music Center.

The speech will be the first in a series of events this fall that will focus on free speech, according to a media release from Skidmore.

The college did not provide further details of the events.
