DELMAR — Sunmark Federal Credit Union has merged with Delmar Owens Corning Fiberglass Federal Credit Union.
The merger became effective Saturday. The branch will be listed in the Sunmark portfolio as the Sunmark Owens Corning Branch and will be accessible to Owens Corning employees only.
Delmar OCF Federal Credit Union was founded in 1976 to serve the employees of the Owens Corning company’s Delmar location.
Sunmark was established in 1937 as Schenectady G.E. Turbine Department Federal Credit Union. It has $600 million in assets and more than 56,000 members.
