Two men pleaded guilty Wednesday to second-degree robbery, a felony, for forcibly stealing money from a man in Saratoga Springs on July 9, according to Saratoga County District Attorney Karen Heggen.
Scott Luciano, 32, of Galway, and Shane Nadolny, 41, of Ballston Spa, both pleaded guilty in court Wednesday. Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 30, when the men are expected to be sentenced to five years in prison and five years of post-release supervision, according to the district attorney's office.
The men were arrested in July, after the robbery, which happened shortly before midnight on Henry Street. The victim's wallet was stolen, and police at the time said the victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries. No weapons were suspected to have been used, police said.
Luciano and Nadolny were arrested later in the Phila Street area.
