BROOKLYN HEIGHTS — Redshirt junior Amanda Kantzy scored a career-high 20 points, and the University at Albany women’s basketball team snapped a seven-game losing streak with a 67-60 victory over St. Francis Brooklyn.

It was the first road win of the season for the Great Danes (2-9).

Senior Chyanna Canada had a career-high 16 points for the Danes, who shot 45.6 percent (26 of 57) from the field.

Sophomore Kyara Frames recorded her sixth consecutive double-figure scoring game, finishing with 10 points. All 10 of her points came in the final quarter.
