My NFL playoffs predictions got off to a good start in last weekend’s wild-card games. I picked all of the road teams to win, and three of them – the Indianapolis Colts, the Los Angeles Chargers and my Philadelphia Eagles (double doink!) – came through. Only the Seattle Seahawks failed me against the hated Dallas Cowboys.
Now it’s time for my divisional-round selections. Am I going with all of the road teams again? Not this time, except for one game. And I don't care what happened the last time the Eagles played the New Orleans Saints on Nov.18. That 48-7 blowout loss was the low point of the season for mt Eagles, but also set them on their way to salvaging their season.
Here are my picks.
Kansas City 31, Indianapolis 27
L.A. Rams 28, Dallas 14
New England 40, L.A. Chargers 28
Philadelphia 31, New Orleans 28
