Two women suffered minor injuries and one of them was arrested early Friday morning in a two-car crash on William Street near the intersection of Balltown Road in Niskayuna.

Town police said Carly R. Veeder, 26, of Rotterdam, suffered a head cut and was treated at Albany Medical Center. She was later released.

Mirela Ejili, 43, of Niskayuna, was treated at Ellis Hospital and later released.

Officers said the crash at about 3:08 a.m.

Veeder was charged with felony counts of driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, along with several vehicle and traffic law violations.

Veeder was arraigned before Niskayuna Town Justice Peter Scagnelli and sent to Schenectady County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail or $30,000 bond.
