Shenendehowa edged Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake 18-17 Tuesday in a Suburban Council girls’ lacrosse game, led by Grace Palowodzinski’s five goals and three assists. McKenzie Ballard had three goals and five assists, Payton Kisling’s three goals and two assists and Olivia Howard’s three goals and one assist.

Ballston Spa defeated Shaker 11-6, led by Maddy Barnum’s three goals and one assist and Sam DeVito’s three goals.

Colonie defeated Albany 21-1 behind Aleigha Walker’s five goals, and Julia Cogan’s four goals and one assist.

Shenendehowa beat Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake 12-9 in Suburban Council play, led by Matt Newhall with three goals and three assists. Bill Beach added three goals for Plainsmen.

Ballston Spa defeated Shaker 10-1 behind two goals and one assist each from Lucas Bennice and Ethan Thomas.

In a non-league game, Mayfield outslugged Gloversville 17-14, led by Jillian Botch’s home run and three singles, Taryn LaFountain’s home run and single, Lindsey Hampton’s double and single and Bri Hubiak’s double.

Abigail McMeel had three hits and drove in three runs while recording 12 strikeouts as Doane Stuart defeated Loudonville Christian 17-5 in a Central Hudson Valley League game. Katrina Catellier had two hits, including a home run, and three RBIs.
