ROTTERDAM - A Schenectady woman took more than $1,800 from the bank account of a Rotterdam resident, state police said Monday.

Stephanie Vuignier, 38, was arrested on one count each of fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, felonies.

Vuignier is accused of using the victim's stolen ATM card and taking the money, state police said.
