City police ask for help finding missing Schenectady 16-year-old

City police ask for help finding missing Schenectady 16-year-old

SCHENECTADY - City police are asking for the public's help in finding a 16-year-old Schenectady teen.

Jordan Bruce Couse was last seen April 9 and is believed to be with a male companion and may travel to Colorado, his missing child flier reads. The state Missing Persons Clearinghouse lists the circumstances of his disappearance as a runaway.

City police highlighted his disappearance on their Facebook page.

Couse is described as 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing 175 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone with information as to his whereabouts is asked to contact the Schenectady Police Department at 518-630-0911 or the state Missing Persons Clearinghouse at 1-800-346-3543.

Police Tuesday also asked for the public's help in finding another child listed as an apparent runaway, 13-year-old Kalyshja Pearse. Kalyshja has since been found, police said.
