The Schenectady County Department of Environmental Health Sunday lifted a boil water order for users in several neighborhoods off Princetown Road.

Water users, who have been under the directive since Friday, were asked to flush the water lines in their homes for at least five minutes prior to using, said Jennifer Priebe, county Department of Environmental Health director.

The advisory had been issued for all town addresses on Burnett Street, along Princetown Road from 5 Corners to North Thompson Street and all homes on Caroline Avenue from Princetown Road to Marengo Street.
