QUEENSBURY - A Vermont man drove drunk Saturday afternoon in Queensbury with a blood alcohol level more than four times the legal limit, Warren County Sheriff's officials said.
Aaron D. Dehm, 44, of South Burlington, was arrested Saturday, accused of driving on Route 9, near the Outlets of Lake George, with a blood alcohol content of 0.35, officials said.
Police stopped Dehm just before 2 p.m. after a motorist called in a complaint regarding Dehm driving on Route 149 in Queensbury, officials said.
Deputies charged Dehm with one count of aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
