CLIFTON PARK -- Police arrested an Albany man for allegedly placing hidden video cameras in a Clifton Park massage therapy business.

Cheng Chang Dong, 51, was charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance on Wednesday by state police in Clifton Park.

State police searched “Sisters Body Works” at 1741 state Route 9, Suite 103, on June 5. The search of the recently opened business, which, according to police, provides massage therapy services, revealed surveillance cameras hidden discretely inside of smoke detectors, police said.

The cameras were allegedly located in private massage rooms where patrons would be unaware of the surveillance.

Dong was issued an appearance ticket for Clifton Park Town Court pending future court proceedings.
