GLENVILLE - A Niskayuna woman has been arrested in connection with a series of Glenville home burglaries in June, police said Wednesday.

Lauren H. Temple, 38, of Hillcrest Village Apartments, Niskayuna, was arrested this week and charged with three counts of second-degree burglary and one count of third-degree grand larceny, felonies.

In all, Temple is believed to have committed "numerous" daytime burglaries at homes in Glenville June 29 and June 30, police said.

Police later found some of the burglary proceeds in Niskayuna. 

Police made the arrest with the assistance of the state police special Investigations Unit and Niskayuna Police.

Temple was arraigned and ordered held on $25,000 bail.

She is to return to court later this month.
