Clifton Park based design firm Environmental Design Partnership has received planning board approval to construct a new office park on Route 146.

The 14,400 square foot office park, slated specifically for 900 Route 146, was granted board approval during the Aug. 13 planning board meeting. The plan includes three mixed-use office buildings, each measuring 4,800 square feet.

Specifically, the project will develop the remainder of a 4.48-acre parcel located on the southern side of Route 146.

The site already  consists of an existing office building with associated parking.

The project had been in front of the planning board a handful of times for adjustments prior to receiving approval.
