Two charged in Schenectady drug raid

SCHENECTADY — Two city residents face multiple drug charges after a police raid.

Dave Bilili, 53, and Cheryl Riccio, 50, both of 1011 Union St., were arrested just after 8 p.m. Wednesday, when members of the city Police Department's Special Operations Squad served a search warrant at an apartment at 1011 Union.

Bilili is accused of selling crack cocaine July 10 and 25 in Schenectady, according to police allegations filed in court.

Riccio is accused of selling crack cocaine in Schenectady on July 12 and Sept. 9, according to the allegations. She is also accused of possessing crack cocaine June 26 at her residence.

Both also face misdemeanor-level controlled substance possession counts for allegedly possessing cocaine at the time of the raid.

Bilili and Riccio were arraigned and ordered held, Bilili in lieu of $11,000 bail and Riccio $15,000.
