GLOVERSVILLE - Two Gloversville men have been arrested, accused of burglarizing a Gloversville gas station, police said.

Kurtis T. Fuller, 21, and David T. Doak, 29, both of First Avenue, were arrested Thursday and charged with one count each of third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief, both felonies, along with misdemeanor petit larceny.

The two are accused of burglarizing the Luk Oil on North Main Street in Gloversville just before 4 a.m. Wednesday morning, police said.

Police responded to the station at about 5 a.m. for a report of the break-in. Police soon learned the two suspects broke the front door to get in. Once inside, they took cash and cigarettes. Surveillance cameras recorded their movements, police said.

Police soon zeroed in on Fuller and Doak and took them into custody on North Main Street, near North Street, early Thursday, police said. Police found them in possession of clothing worn during the burglary, police said.

Fuller and Doak were arraigned and ordered held.
