A Clifton Park man was charged with a felony and other lesser charges after he allegedly shoved a minor and intentionally damaged a baby monitor.

Jackie W. McGonigle, 35, was arrested on Sunday, Sept. 22, after an incident during which he was engaged in a physical altercation with a person under the age of 17, according to a release from the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office.

On Sept. 20, said deputies, McGonigle allegedly intentionally damaged a baby monitor and shoved the unnamed minor whose age wasn't given. McGonigle also allegedly violated the conditions of an order of protection, deputies said.

He was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, second-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief, both misdemeanors, and second-degree harassment, a violation.

McGonigle was arraigned in Halfmoon Town Court and sent to the Saratoga County Jail without bail to await further action.
