GUILDERLAND - A Guilderland man stalked someone at their job and unlawfully surveilled them with a cell phone, state police said Thursday.

Todd B. Daggett, 48, of Guilderland, was arrested Monday and charged with one count each of second-degree unlawful surveillance, a felony, and third-degree stalking, a misdemeanor.

Daggett is accused of showing up at the victim's place of employment on multiple occasions and watching the victim from a common area, state police said. He is also used the cell phone to surveil the victim, state police said.

Daggett was arraigned and released on his own recognizance to return to court later.
