QUEENSBURY -- A Saratoga Springs woman faces a felony stolen property count in a rental truck case, Warren County sheriff's officials said.

Nancy S. Palmer, 57, was charged Tuesday with one count of third-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

Deputies stopped Palmer Tuesday afternoon in Queensbury. They found her driving a truck she'd rented from Penske Truck Rental in Albany which she'd failed to return in October, police said. The company had reported the truck stolen, officials said.

The truck was valued at $32,000, officials said.

Palmer was processed and released to appear in court later.
