DURHAM, N.H. — Antonio Rizzuto came up with a steal and a layup for a 74-73 lead with 3.1 seconds left in overtime, and after a New Hampshire turnover, Cameron Healy iced a 76-73 victory with two free throws as UAlbany got past the Wildcats at Lundholm Gym on Wednesday night.

With the win, the Great Danes improved to 3-0 in the America East and 10-8 overall, and New Hampshire fell to 1-3 and 8-9.

UAlbany’s Ahmad Clark, who finished with 27 points, hit a three-pointer with 17 seconds in regulation to tie it at 66-66.
Nick Guadarrama missed a three-pointer for New Hampshire with two seconds left to send the game into overtime.

Kendall Lauderdale missed the first, then hit the second free throw with 13 seconds left in OT to get the Great Danes within 73-72.

After taking a 41-35 lead at halftime, the Great Danes led by as many as 13 in the second half.

The Wildcats got back in it with a 12-2 run to get within 53-50.

ALBANY — Ashley Storey hit a layup with one second left to give New Hampshire an America East victory over UAlbany.

The Great Danes (2-2, 6-11) had taken a 47-43 lead with 1:39 left on two free throws by Alexi Schecter, who finished with 20 points.

New Hampshire (2-3, 5-12) answered with a layup by Caroline Soucy with 1:20 left and one of two free throws by Storey with 36 seconds to left to get within 47-46. A UAlbany turnover set up Storey’s game-winner.
