FULTONVILLE - A Gloversville man threatened employees at a Fultonville business with gunfire and has been arrested, Montgomery County sheriff’s officials said Wednesday.

Michael K. Downing, 46, of First Avenue, was arrested and charged with one count of making a terroristic threat, a felony.

Downing is accused of threatening the business’ employees with violence by gunfire, officials said.

Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies then investigated and arrested Downing, officials said.

A release did not identify the business or specify when or how the alleged threat was made.

Downing was arraigned and ordered held on $25,000 bail.
